Women need to be encouraged to participate actively in the higher education. They need a special platform to express not only problems but their thoughts and views also.Yuvati Kalyan Mandal offer this facility to the female students in our college.Dr. Smita Bhakkad is the incharge of Mandal. Girls From different classes are given the responsibilities of the Mandal. Different activities like Greeting card making competition, Rangoli and Mehanadi competition are organized for the female students. ‘Dandiya Ras’ is one of the special activity organized by the Mandal. Girls performs Dandiya dance together along with their female Family members and women teachers. The prizes are given for the best attire and performance.

Objectives

To develop the self –esteem and strong confidence within the girl students.
To prepare the Women well-awakened about the relevant sensitive issues and to generate the Struggle instinct.
To shape the rich personalities with ideal womanhood, character and all types of competitive strengths.
To develop the tendencies for direct involvement & leadership in entire national Endeavour and walk of life.
